People, not process

At L'Oréal, recruitment is about people and not a process. It is a long-term commitment which proactively identifies individuals who will enrich our teams with their diversity, experience and perspectives. We are interested in potential as much as established skills. After a thorough selection process, we give new recruits the resources to develop their talents to build the future of the Group. So, if you are eager to exceed expectations and help push the frontiers of the business, we look forward to meeting you!
